With you on Galvis. I kind of agree on Delmon, too. Seems weird that it wasn’t long ago that Amaro was talking about how Young would come to spring training and take the right field job. Did he really know then that Young wasn’t going to be able to play?

Also, the interviews and early quotes from Delmon Young don’t exactly paint the picture of a swell fellow.

Sigh. Forgive me if you have heard this before. Ok, last year, Amaro allowed this team to go into the season with both Utley and Howard replaced by really inadequate players (Wiggy and Nix) because of mis-reading injuries. THIS year, he goes into the year desperately needing corner outfielders and he chooses Young, who apparently is not ready for prime time (wait for it) because of injuries.

Am I seeing things? Or has Amaro made really, really bad choices?
