I wouldn’t be surprised to see either Cloyd or Martin wind up getting a significant number of starts in 2013. I don’t think the Phillies trust Kendrick very much. And with good reason. I wouldn’t be too surprised to see him pitching out of the pen by mid-season if he doesn’t start strong.
