I’ve done a back of the envelope calculation and it looks like the post-season chances from the Phillies drop from 0.6% to about 0.0% if the Cardinals continue to win every day.

I’m thinking the better way to handle this next year might be to avoid the 9-26 stretch from early June to the middle of July. Then we might at least not have to worry so much about the Astros. Phils are 67-48 in the other 115 games they’ve played.
