Gotta be nice to be able to get some advice from Roy Halladay. And I agree that the Phils should have at least one lefty who isn’t Bastardo.

So, I wonder what it is like to be a second year pitcher struggling with the change up and to have Roy Halliday come over and suggest a change of grip. Is that kind of like going up onto Mt. Sinai and hearing the voice of God speak in your ear?

It sounds like Willis is likely to be shut down for a while. That can’t help his chances. Seems like a big opportunity for Diekman if he can put together a couple of nice outings in a row. I really think the Phillies would benefit from having two lefties in the pen, especially if they aren’t going to use Bastardo as a lefty specialist.

I’m sorry about Willis. He’s a good guy for the club house. He is really athletic too. He just doesn’t look like has anything left
Location looks like a real issue from what I’ve seen. I don’t know if that’s fixable but I’m guessing he’s running out of time.
