I’m not ready to panic at all, but the Phillies sure look bad. Bastardo is a real cause for concern. All the defensive terribleness seems bad — not so much with Bastardo’s throw last night, but I don’t think errors by Rollins, Utley and Ruiz in the same game the day before is good.

They still have a lot of time to get it fixed before the games matter again, though.

Sounds like the Pence injury is not a big deal. That would be a big problem if it wasn’t the case, despite Pence’s pathetic inability to hit over .325 with the Phils.
