So far it looks like we can’t hit any pitches. It kinda feels more like the extension of last year’s playoffs more than the start of a new season so far.

6th inning and Doc is over 100 pitches. Myers has not reached 50 pitches yet. I have heard a rumor that we cannot hit breaking pitches. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Play ball, indeed. I’m with you on Hamels and the home runs. It was a big problem for him this spring, and if he allows home runs at that rate during the regular season he’s in a lot of trouble.
